How to do Marjari Asana:
- Set the body on the palms and knees like a table pose. In this position, the wrists should be under the shoulders and the knees should be under the hips. After this spread the palms, in this action keep the middle finger (the middle finger of the five fingers) very straight.
- And then keep the spine, neck, and head in a straight line. In this position, the spine should not be bent at all. In this posture, put the entire weight of the body on the palms and knees equally. Take the hips inwards and lift the waist towards the ceiling.
- After this, put the chin on the chest. Taking a deep breath in, bring the stomach down and bring the waist upwards. Raise your head towards the ceiling and look in front. Repeat this mudra at least 5-7 times.
- During the asana, full care should be taken that there is a complete stretch in the bones. In this state, care should be taken so that there is no pressure in the back of the body. When lifting the waist and rotating the back, the shoulders should be relaxed at that time.
