Method of doing Naukasana:
First, you lie down on your back. Keep your hands beside the thigh and the body in a straight line. Then leave your body loose and focus on your breath. Now while breathing, raise your head, legs, and whole body at 30 degrees. Keep in mind that your hands should be just above your thigh. Breathe slowly and exhale slowly, maintain this state according to yourself. When you want to bring your body down, take a long deep breath and come towards the surface. Dhanurasana
In this yoga posture, the shape of the body generally becomes like a drawn bow, hence it is called Dhanurasana. Method of doing Dhanurasana:
First, you lie down on your stomach. Then connect both legs with each other. Bend both legs from the knees. With the help of hands, raise the knees, thighs, and trunk of both legs as per convenience and capacity. Keep breathing easy. Stay in this position for a comfortable period and come back to the original position.
Kapalbhati Pranayama
Kapalbhati Pranayama is beneficial in the treatment of many diseases. It improves the health of your liver. This cures many liver problems like jaundice, hepatitis, etc. To transmit energy in the body and to relieve stress, do Kapalbhati Pranayama. And due to this, the whole body gets oxygen in the right way.
Method of doing Kapalbhati:
To do Kapalbhati Pranayama, sit in Sukhasan, Siddhasan, Padmasan, or any asana, keep the waist straight and keep both hands on the knees, and keep the eyes straight. While inhaling, move the navel inwards and while exhaling, the navel should be outside, exhale comfortably. The position should be normal and keep the body straight. This can be done in 3 rounds.
